Ms. Meghan Foley is a Principal Consultant with over 18 years’ experience in EHS compliance, Management Systems and Software Implementation in the U.S. and twelve other countries for clients in the Oil and Gas, Liquified Natural Gas (LNG), Pharmaceutical, Chemical, General Industry, and other sectors. Ms. Foley has extensive experience managing EHS software selection, implementation, and deployment projects. Ms. Foley has deep technical expertise with analyzing, designing, implementing, and sustaining EHS Software, with a focus on management systems. She excels in helping clients deliver successful projects that balance immediate needs with flexibility for future growth. She also excels in helping clients adopt the system throughout the organization and has created and conducted global training and communications programs for adopting software and managing change.
As an EHS expert, Meghan specialized in Compliance Management and Assurance. She has specific experience with completing environmental permitting and reporting, establishing compliance assurance and EHS management systems (ISO and ISO-based environmental, safety and energy programs), conducting EHS and management systems auditing, and executing environmental due diligence, remediation, and remediation management activities.
Jose Orsini | Director - Sustainability & Assurance | Trinity Consultants
Mr. Orsini serves as Director of Trinity’s Sustainability & Assurance Business Line and has over 38 years of multimedia environmental permitting and compliance expertise. Mr. Orsini’s technical experience includes permitting for major and minor air sources, preparing environmental impact statements and environmental assessments for NEPA compliance, permitting for fill/dredge activities on waters of the US, hazardous waste management, spill prevention control and countermeasure plans, wastewater and storm water permitting, toxic release inventories, chemical accident prevention, and hazardous chemicals reporting.
Mr. Orsini has assisted organizations in industries such as concrete batch plants, oil & gas equipment, manufacturing plants, scrap recycling facilities, food processing plants, distilled spirits plants, chemical manufacturing and distribution plants, pulp and paper, rock crushing and quarries, sand processing, site developers, manufacturers of plastics and composites, and building materials suppliers. He has conducted comprehensive EHS audits at various industries in the United States, Mexico, and Argentina and has experience in responding to federal, state and local agencies on notice of violations and enforcement on environmental noncompliance issues.
