Some of the most unhealthy occupations in the world are dentist, flight attendant and anesthesiologist.

According to Eamonn Freeman, managing director of Easy Life Cover, a life insurance company based in Ireland, you might be surprised to learn how and why the top 10 most unhealthy jobs can damage your health.

According to Freeman, who created this infographic using an unhealthiness score ranging from 0-100, you might be interested to learn that:

  • Dentists have the most damaging job to their health with the highest average unhealthiness score of 65.4 out of 100.
  • Those who work in anesthesiology are the most at risk of exposure to a disease or infection.
  • Certain careers such as flight attendants and podiatrists have more risks to their health than you might think.
