Reducing Impacts and Managing Growth

Masters Gallery Foods’ warehouse managers wanted to reduce damage occurring to new racks, products and lift trucks as they expanded the size of their main warehouse.  By utilizing the iWarehouse Fleet and Warehouse Optimization System to monitor and assess lift truck impacts, they were able to provide additional training for the operators involved and encourage proper lift truck operation.  This resulted in an 88% reduction of impact alerts within the first five months.
