    Legal experts were asked by Intelivert – which develops, delivers and supports software-as-a-service, portal, media and mobile solutions for business – to weigh in with simple, actionable tips that can help you craft your legal strategy and directly affect the outcome of interactions with OSHA.

    If you go online and Google “what to do when you receive an OSHA citation,” the results are somewhat misleading. Most of the information speaks to what could have been done to avoid the citation in the first place. However, this information doesn’t help the person who already is in the position of handling an OSHA citation.
