In this video interview, Rockwell's Mark Eitzman talks about the discreet stages of safety evolution companies go through. Each has its own set of issues, challenges and rewards. 

Eitzman tells EHS Contributing Editor Lauren Watters that higher degrees of safety committment are correlated to other desired business outcomes.
