Ritch Eich

Ritch K. Eich, former hospital executive, chief of public affairs at Blue Shield of California and a retired Naval Reserve captain, has published four books on leadership. His latest is Leadership CPR: Resuscitating the Workplace through Civility, Performance and Respect and he is currently writing his fifth book. He was a Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA) Fellow at Abbott Laboratories and has served on more than a dozen boards of directors and trustees of for profit and non-profit organizations. Former U.S. Senator and Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats and the late U.S. Senator Richard G. Lugar cited Eich’s achievements in the Congressional Record.
