This year's America's Safest Companies range from tiny operations utilizing innovative solutions to huge corporations that are benchmarked for safety by dozens of other companies each year. Together, these companies provide a safe working environment for nearly 275,000 employees.

The 2008 America's Safest Companies include: Blythe Construction Inc., The Boldt Company, D&E Communications Inc., Green Mountain Communications Inc., Herman Miller Inc., Koch Pipeline Co., Marous Brothers Construction Inc., Monroe Litho Inc., The Mundy Companies, Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corp., OMG Electronic Chemicals, Raytheon Co., Roche Diagnostics Corp., Strick Corp., Sunbelt Rentals Inc., Textron Inc., The Washington Division of the URS Corp. and Worthington Industries.
