Improving the job satisfaction of employees is easier - and cheaper - than it may seem.

When it comes to improving employee satisfaction, the prescription is a pretty easy one to swallow: treat employees with respect.

That means giving employees autonomy, trusting them to do their work and promoting a healthy - mentally and physically - workplace.

GSoft, a software engineering firm that developed Officevibe, an employee satisfaction platform, created an infographic to break down 15 steps to improve job satisfaction.
