Deadline Extended to Speak at Safety Leadership Conference 2024

Jan. 8, 2024
You now have until Jan. 19 to send us your best presentation ideas. The lucky few will get to present them at Safety Leadership Conference 2024.

We know that everything between Thanksgiving and New Year's can be a blur, what with year-end reports, year ahead forecasting, family gatherings, holiday events, religious observances, parties and get-togethers, use-it-or-lose-it PTO and all that food, especially those cookies.

So, we've extended the deadline of the call for speakers for EHS Today's Safety Leadership Conference. Proposals are now due at 11:59 p.m. ET on January 19, 2024.

We want to hear your case studies, lessons learned, best practices and any other way you've helped to move the needle on safety at your organization. If you're an experienced pro on the speaker circut, feel free to submit, but we do want something that's never been seen before. If you're new to public speaking (or even safety), we also want you to submit your idea.

We welcome submissions from consultants or vendors as well, but such proposals will only be considered if paired with a co-presenter who is an active safety professional at their company. We are also open to proposals for panel discussions involving two or more speakers.

Click here to submit your proposal. Submissions will be carefully evaluated by the EHS Today editorial team. We will be reviewing all applicants on their own merits. All applicants will be notified by March 2024, and the speaker lineup will be announced on www.SafetyLeadershipConference.com shortly thereafter.

The 13th annual Safety Leadership Conference will be held August 26-28, 2024, in Denver (Aurora), Colorado, at the Gaylord Rockies Resort. This year’s conference theme“Safety First, Leadership Always: Bridging the Gap.”

We will be offering four sessions focused on five broad areas of safety excellence, with descriptions for each track below. There will be a total of 20 breakout sessions, and each session will be 30 minutes in length.
