The American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA), the Independent Lubricant Manufacturers Association (ILMA), the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) and the Independent Union of the European Lubricants Industry (UEIL) will co-sponsor the 3rd Symposium on the Assessment and Control of Metal Removal Fluids, Oct. 5–8, 2008, at the Hyatt Regency in Dearborn, Mich.

The symposium is the first opportunity in over a decade to hear the latest trends and advances in the metal removal fluids (MRF) and lubrication industry. This groundbreaking symposium will bring together MRF manufacturers and customers and will address health and safety effects/occupational medicine; dermal effects; respiratory effects; exposure measurement and guidelines; global regulatory issues; sustainability and future trends; and much more.
