Yohay represents employers nationwide in OSHA enforcement matters. He will address what compliance requirements are likely to be scrutinized in a typical OSHA inspection in an atmosphere in which enhanced enforcement activity is predicted. William H. Kincaid, PE, CSP, vice president and senior loss control consultant, Lockton Companies LLC.
Prior to his work as a consultant, Kincaid was an OSHA safety engineer specializing in ergonomics, "significant cases" and fatality inspections. He earned his B.S. in mechanical engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and is a registered professional engineer with 12 years experience as a production manager. Kincaid will discuss his experience as a safety engineer with OSHA dealing with "significant" cases and fatality investigations, as well as the impact – good and bad – that OSHA compliance has had on safety management systems.
